Charles Duan’s Web Page

About Me

Hi! My name is Charles Duan. I am the Director of Technology and Innovation Policy at the R Street Institute, having earlier been the Director of the Patent Reform Project at Public Knowledge, previously a research assistant for Professor Paul Ohm of the University of Colorado, formerly an attorney at the firm Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear, before that a law student at Harvard Law School, and prior to that a Computer Science student at Harvard University. This page is a collection of various work I've done which I think deserves its place on the Google search engine, if not on the Internet in general.

This is a very old website. I once said that I would eventually develop a new website. However, I am now somewhat fond of it, so it will stay as it is. And apparently I'm not the only one who likes it.
